Scheduling Note: This newsletter will be off next week and through the new year.

This week, I migrated my BuzzAndTips website’s CDN (Content Delivery Network). I was using KeyCDN, which is excellent. I now use my webhost’s free built-in CDN: WPX Cloud. My website’s performance is better than ever.

Here’s the deal: when you subscribe to WPX Hosting, you are enabled to host up to five WordPress websites (business plan). All of these websites will be accelerated via WPX cloud, with enhanced security, daily backups and outstanding support. Besides, you are entitled to free migrations. Check my review for more information.

Here are 10 tips I think are worth sharing this week:

  1. Books are now offered through Apple’s affiliate program: Apple Books Marketing Toolbox.
  2. Unsure about which kind of backlinks you need for your website? You will find the answers in this article.
  3. At year-end, it’s time to consider getting rid of stuff you no longer need. Here are 13 online places you can sell your goods with pros and cons.
  4. You need to brush up on Storytelling, Copywriting, and Marketing? Here are 25 Essential Books that will guide you.
  5. Here’s a free online tool that removes backgrounds from portraits.
  6. Keyword research is very important to find the proper keywords with low SEO difficulty. I tried many tools and the one I recommend is KWFinder. Why? Because it’s so easy to use. KWFinder is built by Mangools. When you purchase a plan, you also get four other tools: SERP Checker, SERP Watcher, Link Miner, and Site Profiler. When I initially joined KWFinder, these extra perks did not exist. It’s proof that Mangools is a leader in the SEO arena and keeps on improving their product line.
  7. If you seriously want to give a speed boost to your WordPress website, please consider WP Rocket. It’s a paid plugin, but it’s worth every penny. As opposed to many free caching alternatives, WP Rocket will also compress the Javascript, CSS files. Your website’s page rendering will be much faster. I tried many free caching plugins. Now I use WP Rocket, and I’m not looking back.
  8. Are you looking for free images for your blog? I compiled over 40 websites that provide free images.
  9. Robust passwords represent the first line of defense. I recommend using a password vault to create and maintain your passwords. I’ve been using Dashlane for two years and I’m delighted. It works wonderfully on smartphones and desktop. See my Dashlane full review for details.
  10. One of my most popular posts of 2018: 16 Boring Words and What You Can Use Instead. It has over 176,000 views on Pinterest.

🎄🎄🎄 I wish you a happy holiday season!
